The Instructor

Nina Endrst
Yoga Ambassador

Nina has been practicing Yoga for more than 10 years. She grew up watching her mother practice meditation and yoga—an experience that made a profound impression and deeply influenced her approach to wellness. Nina completed her 200 Hour RYT at New York Yoga, studying under Michael Gilbert. She simply wants to give students what she continues to receive from her teachers. love; peace; simple things that slowly started to change her life.

Nina creates a supportive, warm, and open environment for students to go deeper in their practice. Her Vinyasa flow classes are playful, thoughtful and challenging. She encourages students to feel the asanas from the inside out. To move slowly and honestly. To be right where they are without judgment. She is inspired by traveling to places outside her comfort zone both physically and emotionally. She believes in living your yoga, that the asanas are part of something much bigger. She currently leads retreats in Tulum, Mexico and teaches in New York City.

About Nina Endrst

Buena Vista Surf Club

The lodge in Playa Maderas is an off-the-grid eco-lodge powered by solar energy and supported by fresh local food suppliers for a low-impact experience. The setting, tropical climate, and lodge service and food are wonderful. The region boasts terrific biodiversity and wildlife with frequent visits by howler monkeys, sloths, and parrots. You will live for a week in thatched roof huts and the yoga deck (pictured) overlooks the Pacific Ocean.

Can't say enough great things about this trip. The setting was beautiful, the people were wonderful and the experience exceeded my expectations by far. Be aware that this is an eco-lodge, not a 5 star resort, so expect insects and other creatures in your cabanas. I brought my own yoga mat and beach towel, but the resort provided both so that wasn't necessary - bringing soap and shampoo, however, is.
