Yoga Ambassador

My path to wellness...

My name is Raegan Belew, the owner & teacher behind Celestina Yoga & Wellness based in Seattle, Washington. My experience with Reiki/Energy healing along with my daily Yoga practice has profoundly transformed my outlook on life, my relationship with myself, my role as a mother and partner, and my interaction with others and with this world. Many years ago I began to incorporate these therapeutic healing modalities into my quest for spiritual & personal evolvement and it slowly, with practice and diligence, brought out my inner potential. From this eye opening perspective, my vision for Celestina Yoga & Wellness was born. My hope & intention through my work is to offer others the same life changing benefits I have gained through holistic healing and daily yoga practice.

I am a certified Reiki Practitioner (Levels I, II, & III under Alisa Syling) and a 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher w/Yandara Yoga & Yoga Alliance. I continue to take relevant courses, workshops, trainings & programs involving yoga, meditation, reiki/energy therapy & other holistic modalities in order to further develop and enrich my understanding of these practices.

"The aim of yoga is to eliminate the control that material nature exerts over the human spirit, to rediscover through introspective practice what the poet T.S. Eliot called “the still point of the turning world." -Barbara Stoler Miller

Emily Ehrhart

Yoga Ambassador

Emily has practiced yoga for the past 12 years. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with the Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico. She has also studied and trained with various teachers in Seattle and St. Louis.

Emily practices and teaches Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. Throughout her classes, she is committed to teaching proper alignment and finding a pace to the practice that is both challenging and nurturing to the body.

When teaching private lessons or classes, Emily learns each student's individual needs, goals and limits. Throughout her lessons and classes, Emily takes the time to explain poses and provide her students with modifications that are most appropriate for their practice. Emily also shares pieces of yoga philosophy that promote wellness and balance, and guides her students in developing meditative habits that focus the mind.

Emily is passionate about sharing her respect and love for yoga, and assisting her students in developing a practice that is enjoyable and rewarding.

Additionally, Emily has her Master of Arts in Counseling and works as a Mental Health Therapist. She approaches therapy from a holistic perspective, and believes that mediation and yoga are significant to sustaining emotional and psychological balance.

Off the yoga mat, Emily enjoys hiking, walking her dogs, baking vegan treats, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

Rancho Margot definitely lived up to the saying " Where the middle of now where is some where special" I loved the calming and peaceful energy the ranch had. We had so much fun! Activities were close by and when we wanted to do nothing that is exactly what we did! Truly a place to disconnect with negatives and reconnect with yourself! Cannot wait to make it back soon!

Fantastic and amazing retreat with The Club Inhale/Exhale Tribe! We had such an amazing time and were able to have a space where people grew internally! Rancho Margot is a place where life takes you back a bit where time doesn't exist on a clock but within nature! Definitely going back!
