Cassandra is an experienced and passionate yoga teacher with a strong drive to spread love and joy. Yoga has been a light in her life since childhood. She encourages students to step into their personal power and surrender to self-love. “My intention is for students to grow, to let go, and to choose joy. ” -Cass
Cass teaches VIBE, a yoga style she created in 2015 after 7 years of teaching yoga, 8 years of coaching gymnastics, countless years of studying and creating movement as a yogi, dancer and gymnast, and soon after becoming a Reiki Practitioner. VIBE stands for vinyasa, invert, breathe, explore. Experience a creative collaboration of movement, breath, and music. Cass encourages students to tailor the practice to meet their needs by providing an array of variations, both modifications and advancements, making her classes accessible to a vast audience.
To keep the practice alive and inspired, she offers something new and different in her weekly classes with sequences that emphasize safe alignment, breath awareness, and self-exploration. She puts a lot of love and energy into her workshops, retreats, special events and private lessons to ensure progress; body, mind, and spirit. Cass is now partnering with Kelly of Ahimsa Yoga Studio for a 200 hr. Yoga Teacher Training; launching Summer of 2016. Share in her love of music during classes and workshops as you flow to her Spotify playlists.
A desire to teach yoga overcame her as a young college student while in savasana at a campus class. Shortly after this experience she enrolled in teacher training at Moksha Yoga Center under the guidance of Daren Friesen. After devotedly logging nearly 1000 hours of study, she was certified in 2010. Cassandra’s love for yoga keeps her connected to the global yoga community as both a student and a teacher. She is a Lululemon Athletica brand ambassador, world traveler, and shares inspiration on instagram and youtube.
Brielle teaches with passion, love, and joy. Her classes include setting an intention, flowing through creatively constructed sequences — and most importantly, keeping it lighthearted! She always encourages her students to ask questions and continue learning! Her style includes clear cues, correct alignment, precise modifications, and a strong focus on spiritual and mental exploration and growth. Above all, she hopes students leave her classes smiling.
Brielle acquired her teaching certificate at the Marianne Wells Yoga School in Cahuita, Costa Rica, in 2013. In 2014 she completed training in Reiki I & II. During classes she uses her knowledge and love of Reiki to provide students with thoughtful energy adjustments so they leave class feeling renewed and reawakened. A yogis work is never done and she continues to expand her knowledge by studying Yoga, Ayurveda, Tai Chi, and Tibetan Yantra Yoga with influential people such as, Cassandra Justine, Lama Lobsang Palden, Rich Logan, Sean Corne, & Laura Sykora.

This trip was energizing, replenishing, and heart opening. Loved every minute!
Had a great time. Would do again anytime.
We left the concrete jungle in favour of the Mexican jungle with 10 others to stay at the Tailwind Lodge in San Pancho/San Fransisco for 6 days of yoga, incredible food, sun and unforgettable scenery. We had an open-air room in the jungle, camping in style. Our Chefs were amazing preparing the healthiest and tastiest Mexican food accommodating our vegans in the group. Our yoga platform was high up among the tree tops and looked out into the Pacific ocean. Our yoga sessions were set against the sound of waves and birds. During the week we enjoyed stand-up paddle boarding, hiking and kayaking in the ocean, as well as a trip into San Pancho and Sayulita. The 30 min hike to a beautiful and quiet private beach adds just the perfect amount of exercise and excitement. I highly recommend this retreat location and look forward to returning.
An amazing adventure in the jungle! The facilities were unique, the food was incredible, and the hostess's were the most inspiring, kind women! Tamara was very gracious, and always available for any requests or concerns. Jungle Judy's vitality is amazing!
This was one of the best experiences of my life. Our hosts at Tailwind were beautiful souls who made every day better than the last.
Really, a perfect retreat. The only negatives would be cost of car transport to and from the Lodge and San Pancho. Otherwise, ever single element of the trip was beyond expectations.
My trip exceeded all expectations! My group was wonderful and the accommodations were perfect for a week of soul-searching and adventure. The food was incredible and location unreal. I would definitely book at Tailwind again.
