Enjoy an orientation walk of Edinburgh ending in the heart of the city, Royal Mile road. Opt to visit Edinburgh Castle, or explore the city on your own. In the afternoon, hop on the train to the Highlands. Additional Notes: Please note that to visit Edinburgh Castle, you'll need to reserve a ticket. Welcome to the Highlands of Scotland. Explore the legend of Loch Ness and learn about the history of the mysterious lake creature. Drive alongside the famous lake ending with a visit to Urquhart Castle, or opt to experience the infamous "loch" by boat. In the afternoon, visit Culloden Moor, famous for the Jacobite rising of 1745. Continue to Cairngorms National Park and enjoy a guided hike in Glemore Forest ending in Loch Morlich Beach. Opt to go kayaking or canoeing or to visit a reindeer farm with a ranger. Return to Inverness for the evening. Discover the beautiful Isle of Skye. Enjoy a scenic drive to the Isle, stopping at the iconic Eilean Castle en route. Once on the Isle, visit Sligachan, where you can spot the Black Cullin mountains in the background. Head out on a guided waterfall walk. In the afternoon, enjoy a whisky tour and tasting before ending the day in Fort William. Visit the famous Glenfinnan Viaduct made famous by Harry Potter. Settle back at the viewpoint in time to see the Jacobite Steam train cross over the viaduct. Afterwards, stretch your legs with a forest walk in Ben Nevis. Continue on to explore Glencoe and learn about this key valley and it's importance in Scotland's history. All payments except your deposit are refundable if your trip is more than 180 days away. If you do not meet any of these criteria, your booking is not eligible for a refund.
