Ayla is a passionate instructor who believes yoga and breath can change someone's life. She credits her first yoga class as one of the best things that ever happened to her. Yoga has given her the tools to get out of her head and thrive in the present moment. In 2012 she decided to take her 200 hour YTT so she could not only deepen her practice but share it with others. Her classes have a theme of connecting breath and movement, presence and the unfolding of possibilities in every moment. Having deep rooted values in the importance of community, Ayla is so excited to create this magical experience of bringing people together.About Ayla Singer
La Botella de Leche was the first backpackers hostel established in Tamarindo, in business since 2001. We offer clean, economical lodging in one of Costa Rica´s most popular beach towns. We can also help you plan the rest of your adventure; we offer surf lessons, daily beach trips, horseback rides, ATV tours, Canopy and much more.
Since August 2017 we have a new second floor yoga studio, hammocks for Aerial yoga, a balcony with a jacuzzi, new rooms, new kitchen and new reception.
Includes daily breakfast.
The pulse of Costa Rica echoed through us all during this most memorable yoga retreat, guided by Ayla Singer. The staff at La Botella de Leche and Utopia welcomed and fed us as if we were family. Thank you all so very much! I will return!
This was such an incredible experience in a beautiful part of the world. Trip Tribe handled all of the planning details which made signing up and showing up simple and accessible.
Everything was wonderful! The hostel was awesome, and took care of everything. It was a beautiful space for yoga and to hang out. Comfy bed! Coffee was excellent and provided all day. All the staff were friendly, warm and made me feel at home. Paying for the trip in instalments made it super affordable for me. This was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. Oh and the pastries at breakfast were amazing. And my driver to the airport stopped in the countryside and got me a coffee and a pastry.
