My ideal vacation is a combination of pushing your limits by stepping outside your comfort zone (exploring new geographies, testing your body through exercise, clean eating) and finding time to just be. My workout style focuses on High Intensity Interval Training (HITT) which builds total body strength and power in 30 minutes or less. It is accessible to all levels.
