I fell in love with yoga early on because it allowed space for childlike love and laughter. Constantly trying to bring those reminders in every class taught. Growing in all aspects of life and finding personal and true happiness but never allowing how serious of a practice and lifestyle change yoga has the potential to be get in the way and manipulate the ego. Yoga is about balance and pure joy. Sustainability for the mind and body is key. A safe practice that has plenty of room for playfulness and different forms or variations that work for each individual body. I feel as though I will never reach a place of contentment with my knowledge for yoga. There is always more to learn from teachers and students and always more that can be shared to benefit the community as a whole. I wish to spread the health and happiness I have received from yoga through guided meditations, space for each individual and through sustainable Asana and Pranayama practices.
