Tracey Delfs' passion is to teach her participants 'how' to calm their minds and 'how' to live more in the present moment through Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga.
She is the owner of Balance Quest in Calgary, Alberta, where she teaches Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga classes, as well as being a life & stress management coach and facilitator. Tracey is an experienced retreat leader, having led retreats for over a decade. She is currently leading 8 mindfulness & yoga retreats a year.
Tracey has been teaching a mix of Vinyasa Flow & Hatha Yoga classes since she became a Certified Yoga Teacher in 2000. She teaches a fun, flowing yoga classes and adapts her classes to suit all levels of experience including beginners.
Since 1999 Tracey has been studying on a regular basis with Zen Master - Thich Nhat Hanh. She integrates his teachings on 'how' to live more in the moment into her mindfulness meditation classes, workshops & retreats. She teachers mindfulness in the corporate setting, with Olympic athletes and to the general public.
As an experienced retreat leader, Tracey creates an atmosphere for her participants to find more inner peace, clarity, and a deeper connection with themselves and the world around them.
