She is largely inspired by finding ways to create balance between the journey of yoga and other cross training methods that impact athletes physical and mental tenacity and capacity. She wants students to have fun while experiencing their body in a whole new way through each unique practice. With all practices always set to music, from R&B, hip-hop, to lounge, alternative, rap, neo-soul and classic rock songs, students are able to find their own personal rhythm and expression through each pose or exercise.

Additionally, Roz is a serious foodie, explorer and loves a good adventure.
