Rose has a background deeply rooted in holistic wellness and healing. She holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in the health sciences: Nutrition/Dietetics as well as Public Health/Health Promotion & Behavior. Following her passion for holistic health, Rose pursued a career in the field of Natural Medicine. She studied at National College of Natural Medicine as well as Trinity School of Natural Health and holds a Doctor of Naturopathy diploma. She also holds the following certifications: 500 hour Yoga Teacher from Yoga Vermont and Reiki I & II from the Vermont Center for Energy Medicine. She is currently pursuing studies in Ayurvedic Medicine, Sanskrit, Yoga Therapy & Yoga Philosophy through San Diego College of Ayurveda.

Her areas of special interest are Holistic Health, Nutrition – Food as Medicine, Juicing & Superfoods, Detoxification & Cleansing, Ayurvedic & Energy Medicine, Yoga: Vinyasa, Flow, Yin & Ashtanga, Meditation & Mindfulness.

In 2013, Rose founded a holistic health non-profit called Zen Den Holistic Wellness, Inc. with the following mission: Zen Den Holistic Wellness Inc. is a registered 501c3 non-profit educational resource. It aims at promoting awareness of one's physical health as well as mental and emotional well-being by providing education, encouragement and guidance through the integration and diversity of nature, yoga, nutrition, body and mind.
