Rachelle loves athletics. Growing up she was a competitive gymanst, swimmer, and diver. She was a competitive springboard diver competing at back national competitions in college. She compete in international Vaulting competitions and later because a coach. After college she turned her focus to local endeavors and became a Les Mills certified Group Fitness Instructor and Small Group Trainer for 24 Hour Fitness and Gold Gym's nationwide.

"I love enjoying life and new places by getting out in the fresh air and feeling alive! Whether it be hiking to a mountain top for a fantastic view, enjoying yoga practice on a sunny beach before diving in to the crystal clear water, or challenging myself with a fitness class, it doesn't matter! Anything to be able to enjoy the body I've been given and feel alive from every muscle down to my soul. :) The ability to move and exercise if a gift, enjoy it while you can, you never know what tomorrow holds."
