After falling and herniating 2 disks I spent a great amount of time in dedicating myself to education in rehabilitation, pain management and stress. I teach what I know best. What I know best is how o move the move for reaching its maximum potential while relieving stress, especially those with injuries or trauma.
I find it to be an honor to be able work with people on such a close level. It brings me great joy in knowing I have helped someone bring more harmony and balance into their body, mind and life
