Megan's Yoga classes are structured around building awareness of the whole body through space and a deep strength that comes from slow and focused movements, her fitness is dynamic and fun and incorporates functional fitness exercises to help you outside of the classroom and her Pilates classes are specific, informative and squeeze out all the nectar from the musculature to leave you feeling longer, leaner and more knowledgeable about how your body works!
