I have been teaching yoga and fitness classes for over 5 years. Two years ago, I made the decision to leave corporate America and pursue my dream of teaching yoga and coaching clients full time. I believe in strengthening your body and your mind through combination of strength and conditioning work as well as yoga. Ultimately the work you do in the gym and on the mat should facilitate your life, outside the gym/studio and off the mat. Life is meant to be lived, explored, adventured!
