Before she discovered yoga, Leona was a frustrated semi-entrepreneur who hopped from one idea to the next without really knowing which path to take. Having been raised by true entrepreneurs, she completed a business degree in university. She started practicing yoga in 2013 when a studio opened within a short walking distance from her neighborhood. In a quest for something to satisfy her soul, Leona became a yoga teacher at the age of 24 after an in-house training by the same studio. The moment she spoke to give her first instructions, she knew she hit home. She never dreamt of becoming a teacher, yet there she was, discovering her passion all along.

Her classes are usually a nicely knit balance between movement and stillness.
