Institute of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach; RYT 200 hr. certification
I am excited to share my journey with you! I’m hoping my philosophy of healing and strengthening through spirit, mind, and body will resonate with each one of you. My fitness teaching methodology involves creating space and compassion to each yoga practice and exploring the “whole person.” My experience as a health coach and working in the mental health field has led me to find the key to health is to find what's right for your particular body.
I started practicing yoga about ten years ago, primarily focusing on heated power yoga. A few years ago, I became drawn to gentle yoga and meditation, and began my 200-hour training with Fitness Resource Association, and received certification in Reiki I and II.
With gratitude, I have had the opportunity to share the gift of yoga in schools, senior centers, and fitness studios on the South Shore. I currently teach a few times a week, and I'm at the beginning stages of my wellness business.
For fun, I like to dance, go on random joy rides in the Cape, and attend as many workshops as I possibly can. There is so much to learn about the mind and body! Join me!
