Kate Manchester, self-taught nutrition advocate, yoga instructor, and lifelong health enthusiast lives by the mantra “Don’t just live…thrive.” She is passionate about living a healthy life and balances her daily regime with nutrition, exercise, and self-discovery.

Large_img_0329 Kate Manchester, self-taught nutrition advocate, yoga instructor, and lifelong health enthusiast lives by the mantra “Don’t just live…thrive.” She is passionate about living a healthy life and balances her daily regime with nutrition, exercise, and self-discovery. Three of her biggest inspirations include: Dr. Andrew Weil, Kris Carr, and The Food Babe, Vani Hari because they embody many of her core beliefs that food nourishes the soul and enhances the journey of life.

Inspired by the positive impact and healing energy of yoga, Kate pursued her talent of encouraging others to live well by getting her yoga teaching certification. In March 2012, under the guidance of mentor Lindsay Lusignea and Sid McNairy, she completed the Sid Yoga Center 200-hour teacher training. As an instructor, she aims to help her students gain strength physically, mentally, and emotionally. No matter their experience level, Kate strives to create an aura of confidence in her class to help yogis thrive both on and off the mat.

When she’s off the mat, Kate surrounds herself with family, friends and adventures that inspire her to capture the moment and to continue giving her love to the world.
