Jill was first introduced to yoga in 2003 in the Pure Yoga studios in Hong Kong. The journey began and she has never looked back!
Jill teaches classical hatha, holding the poses long enough to observe the body, the thoughts and most importantly our connection to our breath. She teaches her students in a relaxed atmosphere with gentle encouragement, kindness and humor. Jill’s overall intention is to help her students to be the best they can be and most importantly, to always be grateful
