Jaci is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, SUP paddle instructor, and multi-sport athlete. Jaci owns her own company, Sprout Nourishment, where she informs clients about the proper balances of eating healthy, exercising, and having fun.
As a business owner and wellness enthusiast, she is dedicated to healthy living through a balance of eating nutrient-rich whole foods and enjoying an active lifestyle. Jaci loves farmer’s markets, creating delicious meals for family and friends, being outside, adventure travel and working out. Some of her fitness favorites include beach volleyball, high intensity interval training (HIIT), strength training and cardio.
All of her Fit Trips will include daily workouts, yoga, and adventure activities. You will get time to relax and enjoy the fantastic resorts, but you will also be challenged to try something new like surfing, paddleboarding, eating clean, or increasing your cardio. Make sure to travel often !!
