Large_269Gi's philosophy of life comes from the book, "Hope For the Flowers" by Trina Paulus:

"How does one become a butterfly?", she asked pensively.
"You need to want to fly so much that you are willing to give up being a caterpillar "....

And the best way to become that butterfly is to put on your own oxygen mask first and JUST BREATHE.....

That's right. Gi will teach you easy and simple ways to become proactive in your life and reduce stress.

During the "Costa Rican Meditation & Yoga Retreat", Gi will be leading Morning and Evening Meditations, and teach classes in Mindful Breathing, Self-Hypnosis, Life Coaching, Reiki, and Guided Imagery. Yoga instructors from Encantada will be teaching Yoga classes.

Gi's Mission Statement: To create a safe, nurturing environment in which you can begin to heal yourself from the inside out by cultivating and strengthening your personal growth. You are guided toward self-empowerment by finding ‘your truth” and what is important to you. Discovering your passion, taking action, and creating the life you want, allows you to become proactive and to take charge of your life.

Ms Indoccio has her Masters Degree in Counseling and Applied Psychology from Antioch University. Gi has been teaching Mindfulness for over 20 years. Gi has been a successful Board Certified Life Coach, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Reiki Master Teacher for over 20 years and a LCMHC for over 9 years.

She was a counselor/psychotherapist working at Seacoast Mental Health Center with children, adolescents and their families; and at Portsmouth Regional Hospital on the Behavioral Health Unit, adult inpatient psychiatric facility, as a Group Clinician/ Social Worker and now has a private practice.

Gi guides her clients to empower themselves to shift their basic attitude toward life from focusing on the problem to focusing on the solution; thereby, creating the life they desire by transforming limiting beliefs and behavioral patterns. Working collaboratively in a safe and nurturing environment, Gi holds the flashlight along her client’s path of self-discovery and empowerment to create a "Graceful Awakening" so clients can regain their personal power and a zest for life.
