Vinyasa Restorative Yin
200 Hour Vinyasa Cert
Having begun her career in education, Erin realized that her true path was sharing and teaching her love for yoga. Starting a practice in Connecticut, then to teacher training in Rhode Island with Northeast Power Yoga, Erin has had the opportunity to teach in different environments such as schools, studios, hospitals, and privately.
Feeling pressured to start a life where she grew up, Erin relocated to Panama to spend time with her mom and began to teach at the resorts on the beautiful Pacific coastline. Owning a cafe in a small mountain town, she was able to nourish the community with fresh organic food, and yoga classes next to a beautiful butterfly sanctuary.
Relocating to Carmel Valley, California to be with her better half, Erin has introduced yoga and stress reduction to middle school students, as well as pop up yoga on the beautiful beaches in Big Sur and in the captivating Monterey forests.
With a focus on creating a positive space to heal, nourish and to have fun, Erin teaches with a playful spirit. Escaping the pressures of adult life and the opportunity to look inward and to GROW is the goal...
Having been wanting to share her love for Central America and love for yoga, a retreat is naturally the next step! Able to teach in English and Spanish, Erin is looking forward to a beach/jungle retreat in beautiful Mexico!!!!
