Although I really enjoyed these fields, my projects left me longing to work on mind-body solutions, so I now run Mind Body Fitness Retreats with an inspiring international team! Integrating health and mindfulness practices into daily life in an accessible and fun way is something that I strive to do every day for others and myself. I’m not an expert on happiness, mind-body connection or humanity, but I am incredibly passionate about exploring science-backed opportunities that lead to enhanced mental and physical health. As such, I have incorporated techniques and philosophies from around the world into programs that aim to help others feel their best. It is my hope that I can continue to teach and learn about health and mindfulness throughout my life, and that my own process of self-discovery helps others to find contentment.
