Catherine is drawn to yoga as a healing and steadying force that creates joy and has supported her in all facets of her life. Currently, Catherine embraces yoga as a way to calm her central nervous system and open her heart, as she navigates her recent transition from a fast-paced job as a DC lawyer to a simpler, blissful life that is more true to her soul as Wellness Director, Senior Manager, and Yoga Teacher at Flow Yoga Center.

Catherine received her 200-hour teacher training at Flow Yoga Center and is currently studying with Prana Flow teacher trainer, Jess Lazar, and other inspired faculty of the 300-hour Prana Flow affiliate program: Greg Marzullo, Shawn Parell, Chanel Luck and Simon Park. She is forever grateful for the patience and wisdom of her teachers in all forms and bows to those who have come before her on this path. Her goal as a yoga teacher is to hold space for her students and create a balance between sthira and sukha (effort and ease).

Catherine’s classes are offered in the vinyasa style, with a nod to Prana flow -- a liberated flow supported by an intelligent structure.
