Andrea teaches Vinyasa style yoga. Her classes are physically challenging and dynamic; however they are designed to encourage and develop that positive, nurturing communication within, and really focuses on the level of each individual student in each class. She wants her students to leave their mats, not only with a renewed sense of physical well-being but also an emotional and spiritual equilibrium. "I believe that yoga brings empowerment to everyone who practices". She is passionate about making it accessible and fulfilling for anyone who has the opportunity to explore. She also encourages students to feel connected to their bodies, empowered by the energy surrounding them, and leave feeling recharged and ready for more!
