Jennifer Degen, MA, yoga teacher, is a somatic coach and resiliency expert. She employs embodied mindfulness-based approaches and somatics in her work with professionals in one-one and group settings. Her dedication and passion are fueled by rich personal experiences as a longtime meditator, yoga instructor, group facilitator, trauma therapist, and individual coach. Jennifer’s 30 years of collective work in mental health and education have informed this unique offering for professionals who are approaching burn-out and the effects of stress from their workplace. Jennifer has devoted the last 13 years to in- depth learning and practice in the fields of neuropsychology, somatics, trauma- based therapy, and mindfulness.
